OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of Sanctuary of Praise is to connect souls to Christ through reaching out and serving our community, building relationships, preaching the word, discipling the believer through mentorship, thereby equipping, empowering and motivating people to evangelize the world!

OUR VISION

We propose developing an assembly where every member is involved in ministry. Working together, the church, staff, and congregation shall take the church outside the walls and into the community. This dedicated team shall eternally affect this area with the same wonderful truth that the early church practiced and preached in Acts chapter 2.

OUR MISSION

Our Mission Statement first and foremost this shall be a House of Prayer and then we shall

Affect the community of Anderson County and beyond by:

Providing services led by the spirit, filled with exuberant praise and worship, anointed singing and powerful preaching and teaching.
Reaching out to our community in creative ways that will offer the wounded, the sick, and the unsaved an opportunity to experience Pentecost.
Committing ourselves to being involved in World Missions giving and endeavors so that our vision will be as big as the world we live in.

Challenge everyone to be saved and to live a life of integrity and Christian character by:

Presenting the power of the gospel to everyone we meet by living a lifestyle of evangelism.
Maintaining the spiritual environment and accountability necessary to nurture members in their relationship with God, their personal holiness and stewardship.
Understanding that being a Christian example is a daily process that influences and impacts every area of life including home, business, school and church.

Teach the time tested truths of the Bible by:

Keeping the Bible as the central curriculum of this assembly understanding that the word of God is “God Breathed”, anointed and absolute in its truths.
Emphasizing the teachings of the early church and its apostolic writers. Structuring the church to operate as the church in the book of Acts.
By teaching in the church and in homes in an understandable way the beauty and delivering power of the truth found in Acts 2:38 and Deuteronomy 6:4

Save all that will hear and obey the gospel by:

Evangelizing all strata of society through the various ministries of the church.
Encouraging every member to find their ministry and equipping them to become involved in a place of service that touches individual lives.
Creating a team environment in which the church staff and congregation serve and minister together to impact Anderson County and the world with the message of salvation.
